Candidates must be based in Latin America and will report directly to the CEO.

Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Role & Responsibilities

The Inbound Sales Team Lead is responsible for the following:

  • Drive commercial performance of the Inbound Sales team to achieve company and team targets

  • Provide ongoing guidance to each member of the Inbound Sales team - coaching them on consultative sales of our product to yield more sales per SDR

  • Quality check calls, tickets, and live chat to identify areas for SDR improvement

  • Create and nurture a unified team culture with strong communication and cohesion

  • Set targets and create incentives

  • Be the point person for any escalations or questions in the team

  • Fill in for an SDR or take calls as needed - lead by example

  • Work with other teams in the company, chiefly marketing, to align initiatives to maximize outcomes

  • Front-foot sales leader willing to roll up their sleeves and drive from the front, helping on the phones, live chat, and tickets

  • Experience as an inbound SDR

  • Knowledge of best practices in sales

  • Knowledge of core sales KPIs and how to grow performance

Interview stages:

  1. Video recorded interview: You will receive an email with 5 questions to which you would need to respond in video format. (20-30min)

  2. Initial interview (20min): The goal is to understand your experience in leading inbound sales teams.

  3. Technical Interview (30min): The goal is to understand the sales skills, operational knowledge and strategic thinking.

  4. Final interview with founders (20min): Deeper dive into strategy & future growth, while addressing any open questions.
