Graphic Web Design

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Web Designer with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset to join our team at UENI. In this role, you will review, prioritize, and manage website edit requests from small business clients. You’ll make sure every update is delivered quickly, accurately, and in line with design best practices.

You’ll also communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve complex situations. While your main responsibility will be to analyze and guide website content updates, you’ll also execute edits directly when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in graphic and web design (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming website edit requests.

• Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify needs and manage expectations.

• Execute design and content edits when required, ensuring websites remain functional and visually appealing.

• Handle complex or sensitive cases with professionalism.

• Provide guidance to customers on using UENI’s platform and tools.

• Support the internal team by becoming an expert in our platform.

Contract & Benefits

• Full-time role (Sunday to Thursday, 7 am – 4 pm EST).

• Based in Central or South America (remote work).
