UENI is a "do-it-with-me" solution that sets us apart from DIY website builders and expensive digital agencies. We take an innovative approach to getting small businesses online by reducing the friction for a business owner to do so. UENI structures the data it collects from a business and creates a website for each business and listings on other high traffic platforms. We thus enable these businesses to complete online for the first time.
Today we are signing up 2000 businesses everyday and we operate in the UK, Spain, France, the USA, LATAM, India and we are growing our global presence every month.
We are looking for someone able to start in August. This is an on-site position, in our office in Hammersmith.
Main responsibility is assisting the Quality Control Manager in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
- Quality Control
Ensuring all webpages are built & maintained per the documented company standards and fixing issues when they arise
Making copy changes to business descriptions
Feedback to management on regular basis with regards to process oriented or technical issues
- Continuous Improvement
Understand the blockers of outsourced QC team and help them improve their speed/quality/understanding through daily standup
Identify technical difficulties and communicate this to management to improve existing tools
Propose content improvements based on new data form submissions
Support structural improvements in content team such as the creation of new categories, image selection and copy editing
Native in one of the following: Spanish and/or Portuguese (Brazil)
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Ability to quickly discern grammatical errors, image mismatches, and other bad categorical content related issues
Ability to learn quickly
Experience with spreadsheets, forms, CRM
